How long does the process take?

Expect the process to take a minimum of 12 weeks, sometimes more depending on the flowers and workload.

How much does it cost?

Most clients invest between $350 to $600 for their custom piece. Fill out the online form for a custom quote.

Will my flowers look the same?

No. Many flowers change color after pressing. White flowers may turn cream or beige while reds will become more burgundy. Do not be surprised to see these changes in your finished piece. I find the transformation beautiful and I hope you do too!

Do you only press wedding bouquets?

No! I’m able to frame almost any flowers. Anniversary, memorial and baby birth flowers just to name a few. I am also available for custom commissions!

My wedding has come and gone. Can I get my bouquet recreated and pressed?

Yes! Just send me a picture of your beloved bouquet and I'll work with a local florist to purchase the blooms used to press and recreate you a custom piece! *Subject to florist charge*

How do I send my bouquet/flowers to you?

Dahlia Designs is located in Bel Air, Maryland and accepts local drop-offs/pickup options for those nearby. All other flowers should be shipped overnight through USPS, FedEx or UPS. All shipping instructions will be sent to you after a deposit.

How do I care for my pressed piece?

Please keep in mind that flowers are a natural organic matter and should be treated as such. It is best to display your piece out of direct sunlight and high humidity areas.
